Alpine Guides Co. is a adventure travel company based in Queenstown, New Zealand. In 2023 we partnered with them on product design, web app, payments.

The challenge

Alpine Guides juggled bookings across spreadsheets, email and phone, losing slots and double-booking guides in peak season.

We designed a booking platform with real-time availability, guide scheduling, weather-based rescheduling and integrated payments.
