Overview

Harbor & Vine is a hospitality company based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. In 2024 we partnered with them on brand, ux design, web development.

The challenge

Harbor & Vine relied on third-party booking apps that charged per cover and hid customer data. Their old site was slow and didn't rank for local searches.

Our approach

We designed a fast, photography-led site with direct reservations, structured local SEO, and menus that update from a single dashboard across all four venues.

The results

Direct bookings grew steadily and the group cut third-party commission fees while climbing to the top of local search for its neighborhoods.

  • -$38k — Annual booking fees
