Overview

Atlas Freight is a logistics company based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In 2023 we partnered with them on ux research, ui design, front-end.

The challenge

Atlas's dense dashboard overwhelmed new users and generated heavy support and onboarding costs.

Our approach

We restructured the information hierarchy, introduced a design system, and rebuilt the busiest screens around real operator workflows.

The results

New users reach productivity faster, support tickets fell, and the design system sped up future feature work.
